01. Injection moulding

Injection moulding is one of the most widely used processes for series production of plastic components.

The plastic material is melted and injected into a metal mould, making it possible to obtain precise, repeatable components suitable for ongoing production.

We work with all the main plastic materials, selecting the most suitable material according to the characteristics required by the project.

02. Overmoulding

When the project requires two or more components to be integrated within the same part, we carry out overmoulding with high precision and repeatability.

This solution makes it possible to combine different materials or functions in a single component, reducing subsequent assembly operations and optimising the production process.

We have a machine fleet of 25 presses from 3 to 1,500 tonnes, enabling the production of components of both small and large dimensions.

Our production flexibility allows us to manage both limited batches and ongoing high-volume production.
